While we do not require masks, we do strongly encourage them for those that are not vaccinated. Tickets can be purchases online, at the box office or over the phone. We cannot guarantee tickets purchased elsewhere or on third party sites.
Yes, when you purchase your tickets, you’ll be able to let us know you need ADA accessible seating.

Public parking is available with on-street meter parking downtown and in the two parking garages located less than a block north (17 4th Street N) and southwest (315 1st Ave S).

Will call tickets are available to pick up anytime the box office is open (Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and one hour before advertised door time. Please note, tickets will only be released with a valid ID to the person that originally purchased the tickets.

If tickets were purchased directly through The Newberry Etix website, we can assist with issuing new tickets. We will need the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets, and the name associated with the order. We can then resend them via email or have them at the box office for you to pick up at Will Call. We cannot guarantee or replace tickets purchased elsewhere on third party sites.

There is no re-entry allowed. No exceptions.
