The safety of our guests, as well as the Great Falls community, is our highest priority. Event specific policies & procedures are subject to change and will be posted to The Newberry website and emailed to ticket buyers in the days leading into the event.

Unless otherwise noted, The Newberry is an all-ages venue. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the venue for a ticketed event such as a concert. We generally recommend not bringing babies to concerts. If you are bringing a child to the venue, please bring ear protection.

There is no re-entry allowed. No exceptions.

The Newberry does not allow any professional photo, video, or audio recording of concerts unless it has been pre-approved by the artist and the venue. Flash photography is not allowed, as it disrupts the experience of artists and guests. Professional photos and/or video may be taken for Weddings. Please inform the venue of any setup needs. If you are interested in recording &/or photographing an event, please send an email at least 3 full business days prior to the event.

For the continued safety of all guests when entering The Newberry for a concert all patrons are subject to bag searches and screening. This is including but not limited to metal detector wands. The following items are prohibited inside the venue for concert events. This list is subject to change on a show-by-show basis and may vary for additional events that are not concerts. The Newberry reserves the right to determine which items are not permitted inside the venue. No:

  • Outside food or beverages
  • Weapons: including concealed firearms, pocketknives, pepper spray, mace, etc.
  • Pets (except for service animals)
  • Laser pointers, glowsticks, flashlights
  • GoPros, selfie sticks, tablets
  • Large bags, purses, or backpacks larger than 13” x 13”
  • Glass of any kind

The Newberry has a liquor license. To purchase alcohol while attending an event, guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and be at least 21 years of age on the date of the event. Please note: Anyone without proper ID will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to purchase, hold or consume alcohol. Any guest without a valid form of ID found purchasing, holding or consuming alcohol will be immediately ejected from the venue. Any guest found providing drinks to minors will be immediately ejected and banned from the venue. The Newberry will also deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification.
