FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The box office is open Monday through Saturday from Noon to 6 p.m. Stop downtown to 420 Central Ave to purchase tickets for upcoming events. Contact the box office at ticketing@thenewberrymt.com or call 406-315-1155.

Tickets can be purchases online, at the box office or over the phone at 406-315-1155. We cannot guarantee tickets purchased elsewhere or on third party sites.

Will call tickets are available to pick up anytime the box office is open (Monday through Saturday from Noon to 6 p.m.) and one hour before advertised door time. Please note, tickets will only be released with a valid ID to the person that originally purchased the tickets.

There is no re-entry allowed. No exceptions.

Public parking is available with on-street meter parking downtown and in the two parking garages located less than a block north (17 4th Street N) and southwest (315 1st Ave S). Public parking is free after 5 pm and on weekends.

If tickets were purchased directly through The Newberry Etix website, we can assist with issuing new tickets by contacting the box office at ticketing@thenewberrymt.com or call 406-315-1155. We will need the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets, and the name associated with the order. We can then resend tickets via email or have them at the box office Will Call pick up. We cannot guarantee or replace tickets purchased elsewhere on third party sites.

Yes, when you purchase your tickets, you’ll be able to let us know you need ADA accessible seating.
